Q:

What if I am seeking services in my home and I have a Managed Care (MC+) Plan?

​

A:

A request for services must be made through your plan, NOT DSDS or HCY. More than likely, your PCP will need to authorize services. For local residents, your MC+ plan could be one of the following: Aetna, Missouri Care or Home State Health. If you need assistance with this process, give us a call.

Q:

What Managed Care (MC+) Plans does Home4Life In-Home Services accept?

A:

At this time, we currently accept Home State Health and Missouri Care, nationally known as Well Care.

​

Q:

Does Home4Life In-Home Services serve Veterans?

 

A:

Yes! Our agency is a community provider through the Veterans Choice Program, VCP. We are also a participating Provider through Veteran's Care Coordination, VCC. If you are someone you know is a Veteran who needs assistance in the home, contact  Us Today! We will help you understand if you are eligible for one or both of these wonderful programs. Q:

Does Home4Life In-Home Services accept Medicare? 

​

A:

No. Medicare does not reimburse Non-Medical services. Medicare only reimburses skilled nursing care such as but not limited to infusion and therapy services. If you need assistance locating an agency, give us a call and we can help!
